The Nursery Is Finished

Inspiration for remodeling can come from anywhere! This fabric was the inspiration for our Nursery, along with the help of Pinterest. I loved the Navy color with the contrast of the light pink flowers. I knew that I didn't like the ideas of pink walls but I wanted to use pink in other ways. I found this fabric at Hobby Lobby and used it to make the canopy and a crib skirt.

Yes, I could have kept the original paint color, but what can I say, I love the impact that a change of color can have on a room.

Now Diana has her own princess room. I can't wait to show her!

Knowing my luck, after we have repainted and decorated this adorable girly nursery, Diana will only be interested in sports and fishing. Oh well, if thats the case I will get another excuse to design another room when shes older.

Hopefully in about 6 weeks we will get to bring Diana home to her newly remodeled nursery! We had a wonderful Baby shower last weekend and were given so many wonderful gifts that we are just about ready for her to be here! Time is ticking!
