Laundry Room Before and After

We did it!!! We remodeled every single room in the house! This will not be my last post! My last post of the house will be the entire house with the exterior changes we’ve made. That one will be posted soon!! The laundry room was the final room in the house that we had to tackle and to be honest it was probably the easiest room. We didn’t go overboard with the remodel in this room because it is just the laundry room but I think it turned out great regardless.

I was talking to my friend the other day about how I feel like everyone has a color that is there go to color for their house or for decorating. My friend Lindsay’s go to color is teal, my husband’s color is gray, my color is gray/blue, and mom’s was green. Everything in this house had some green somewhere, which meant that we had to do something to every room and we finally finished!

We have several windows in this room with tons of natural light so I decided to go bold with color and I love it! We also added some trim and two new shutter doors, made by yours truly, to hide the open shelving that we had. We also took some of the shelves out and with the new doors and less clutter it made the room look so much bigger!! Check it out!!
