LIVING ROOM PROGESS

Our living room walls are nearly done! We need to let the putty dry, touch up a few spots but I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! After we do a few touch ups on the walls we will paint it the same color as our dining room (see my last post for pics) so the open space flows well, rather than looking like two completely separate rooms. We are getting new floors but we are waiting until all the painting and putty work is finished so we don’t mess up the floors.

So far this is what we have done...

BEFORE

After screwing in the paneling and making sure it doesn’t move we started the putty process and painted the trim. It already looks so much brighter and different with just the putty on the walls with the white trim.

AFTER PUTTY

We will be painting the walls and redoing the fireplace next. Completed pictures of the living room to come!
